As a convenience, Mind Matters, P.C. bills most insurance companies. Please be aware of the psychiatric benefits provided by your specific health insurance policy, as many health insurance companies pay only a portion of the total psychiatric treatment costs.

We are in network for many plans within in the following companies:  First Choice, Carelon, Moda, Providence Health Plan, United HealthCare and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Please contact your insurance company to inquire about Mind Matters participation in specific networks, as this may vary by plan. 

While many insurance companies reimburse for psychiatric services, payment is the responsibility of the patient and/or patient's financial guarantor. 

NON-PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS

We do not participate in Medicare, Med Advantage plans, Medicaid, Oregon Health Plan, Aetna, or Cigna. Please inform us immediately if a psychiatric problem is part of a Workman's compensation, accident claim, or related to legal requirements.
